Z-Helene is an Austin, TX based belly dance performance artist. She premiered her one -woman show “MY AWESOME BELLY!…and Other Parts” at the VORTEX Theater in Austin on November 14-16, 2024.This video is a hybrid performance taken from all three nights.

Showcasing the many talents she has gleaned for over 50 years, this performance art show has it all— belly dance, song, comedy, rhythm, burlesque, and theater! In it, Z-Helene explores her relationship with her belly as well as several other parts of herself. Creative and racy, thought-provoking and entertaining, Z-Helene beckons all of us to love our authentic selves and to share the love that binds us all.
