8TH ANNUAL MIDDLE EASTERN DANCE TROUPE CHOREOGRAPHY COMPETITION

This is a yearly weekend totally great and inspiring event that we, that's me Z-Helene and my husband Rick Fink, produce. It showcases the best belly dance troupe choreographies from all over in a competitive, but friendly atmosphere. This is for Small, Medium, and Large Troupes  CASH PRIZES!!!!

KICK BUTT DRUM AND BELLY DANCE SHOW
(always on the last Saturday of the month)

This is our monthly fun-filled, artistic, totally IMPROVISATIONAL dance and drum show. They serve gourmet coffee and also have a full liquor bar and snacks. First-half of the show each dancer does a solo; second-half we get audience suggestions for dance themes. Unbelievably creative!!!  

8pm-10pm. Free, Tips encouraged!

This is an all round fabulous event. I'm teaching a killer Bad Ass A Cappella Zills class at this one, plus performing in the Friday Night Show! 

January 21  Jukebox Belly Dance and Party  Free for ABA members, $10
This will be at the Dougherty Arts Center from 6-10pm. 6-8pm is a fun party and 8-10pm is the creative, eclectic show which is belly dance fusion to nontraditional music by some 20+ dancers. I will be performing a dance that is theatrical in nature. Go to the ABA website for more info:
